The two-story, 3-fronted house is currently under renovation and will be completed in less than 60 days (renovation ends around the end of August).
The entire interior and exterior renovation project was carried out with the support of an architect for better execution and efficiency of the property.
The house is being completely rebuilt inside and all connections to the public network (plumbing and electricity) have been redone.
The house will have 2 bedrooms (one of which is a suite) and an office that could function as a closet.

The house / construction has a 5-year warranty, given by the construction company that is carrying out the work.
It is located 150 meters from Avenida Xanana Gusmão (where the metro will pass until 2030).
It is less than a 5-minute walk from several schools (Custoias, Padrão da Légua and Senhora da Hora), supermarkets (Pingo Doce, Continente and Mercadona) and less than a 15-minute walk (or 2 minutes using a car) from Senhora da Hora metro station.
At 5 min by car you can find various accesses / roads (A1, A3, A4, A41, A28).
