Two-floor traditional mountain house in the middle of the Natural Park of Sierra del Segura with electric light and water. The house is partially excavated in the mountain, so the temperature inside is practically constant. There is a dining room with a chimney, a kitchen and a bathroom in the first floor and two double bedrooms in the second floor. There is also a 7m2 woodshed. Now, the house is been extended with 30 sqm more at the back of the house.
The environment is unique, surrounded by mountains. At night you can see thousands of stars, because is one the cleanest skies in Europe. Two rivers run in the near, really cold water because is so pure (Madera and Segura rivers), where you can swim in beautiful natural pools, with nobody around, among real and wild nature. In Autumn, a wide variety of colors dominate the landscape. In winter time sometimes it snows, since we are at 4,500 feet above sea level, but even though the sun shines, do not forget that we are in Andalucía, South of Spain. Within the natural park no more houses are allowed to be built. Ideal for people suffering stress, anxiety, depression, high sensitivity to electromagnetic waves and others. Indeed, it is a paradise.
