It is ideal for those who enjoy nature and seek a slower pace of life. For the more sporty the village offers numerous outdoor trails for hiking, cycling and many other activities. The nearby holm oak forest (El Coto) is the perfect place to enjoy walks into nature. The shrine of Cabrera, only 2 km away from the village, is a popular hike destination among the locals. For mountain lovers the Sierra de Francia, some 50 km away from the village, offers attractive destinations such as the Natural Park of Las Batuecas or the Sierra de Francia Wine Route, a fantastic combination of nature and fine wine tours of traditional wineries and the centuries-old terraced vineyards.
