Possibility of paying 3000 euro per month for 10 months
House finished in 2017 on two levels with 1 hectar land. House is about 142 square metres. The land is located near Lamas, San Martin at around 900 metres above sea level (selva alta, high jungle) Here you can grow cacao, coffee, sugarcane, citrus, papaya, bananas, mango avocado coconuts, custard apple and much more. During the 9 years I have had the land there has never been used any pesticides. The house has been rented the past years for 500 USD per month. I am currently not sure about the state of the house as I haven't been there for several years. What I know is that there are some moisture issues in on of the rooms due to roof issues and the simple roof on the second floor has to be rebuilt. It was previously connected to a water line passing through the property, but as this line is no longer there, you'll either have to make your own water source by drilling or connect to an existing one in the nearby village. I assume the cost of this would be 2-3000 dollars. An alternative could be to buy a water source in a neighbouring land which would probably cost somewhat the same. There's also an option of connecting to the electric grid, as neighbours in the area have connected to this. Due to not having been in Peru since 2018 I don't have any recent photos of the place.
