Partially renovated country house with annex, big barn and plot of land located in a village 40 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level holds corridor, kitchen, bedroom, shower room and another premise left for a bathroom with toilet. Over the solid external staircase you can go to the second floor. Here the layout is identical with the area downstairs. The only exception is the balcony situated in the front. Through here one enters the upper level and goes into a corridor connecting two bedrooms and living room. Next to the house is the annex which shares a common wall with the garage. The summer kitchen (annex) has two rooms – one big and spacious dining room, which is well decorated to recreate a traditional rural sitting & dining area and a small kitchenette located in a room to the side. The garage is situated at the back of the annex. It can hold one vehicle. Further into the yard is the big barn. It is an old two-storey building made of bricks, stone, timber and concrete. This structure provides great amount of covered space which can be used in various ways e.g. storage, workshop, animal shelter or even for living (after the necessary renovations and construction works are applied). The plot of land is divided in three sections: little flower garden (situated at the front of the property and enclosed between the house and the annex); dirt yard which is between the house, the barn and the garage; and small orchard with several nice fruit trees such as apples, pears, cherries, etc. This last part of the land is located at the very bottom of the plot. There is a driveway which connects the garage, the dirt yard and the barn with the street in front of the property thus making deliveries and access fast and easy. The house is situtated in a quiet area within the limits of the village in about five minutes walking distance from small children playground, the local post office, the mayor`s office, the main square, school, bus stop and shops. The village has rich history dating back to the days of the Roman Empire. There are a few interesting places within a few kilometers such as the old stone quarries, an ancient Roman tomb and the gorge of the local river which had carved its way through the area creating nice scenery and good places for fishing and camping. There are two towns within 15 km distance from the property. There one can get on a train and visit many parts of Bulgaria. The national capital city Sofia is about 120 km away and the regional center Vratsa is 40 km to the west from here. Old countryside property with lots of potential.
