situated in a big village near river 60 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria.
The property consists of main building with two floors, annex with
garage and more than 5000 sq.m. of land. The house holds corridor,
kitchen, living room and bedroom downstairs. Over the internal wooden
staircase one can go to the second floor where corridor connects two
bedrooms and bathroom with toilet. All windows here have been changed
with new, double-glazed, made of PVC. The floors are covered with
terracotta tiles or wood. By going down a staircase located at the

property is located is one of the biggest in the area. There is a
river passing just outside its boundaries and in the next village (3
km away from here) has big farmer market, construction material store

a half hours to get from the house to the international airport in
Sofia while the regional capital city, Vratsa is within about one hour
drive away from here. The Danube river and the ferry crossing to
