Old country house with plot of land and quiet location within the
limits of a village 15 km away from Montana, Bulgaria. The property is
situated on a short side street within the settlement and is about 100
meters away from the main road and about 5-8 minutes away by foot from
shop, café-bar, bus stop, post office. The house dates back to the
late 1940s and consists of two floors. It has two big rooms downstairs

appliances, furniture, car parts, tools and construction materials.
Montana also has farmers market, big library, cinema, theater, city
park with the remains of an old fortress and lake, several historical
landmarks, hotels, gas station, car service stations, supermarkets,
sports grounds, train station and bus station with direct links to the
national capital city Sofia, pharmacies, schools and kindergartens,
general hospital, dentists, banks, ATMs, etc. For those who like
fishing and hunting the area around the village provides great
conditions. The same goes for the fans of cycling and wildlife
