103 ha Macadamia Farm for sale in a safe area with water rights. 52 ha has been planted with different cultivars Macadamias - A4, Beaumont and Nelmac and varies other cultivars. The age varies from 2 to 15 years. 26 ha 16 years old. 10 ha 6-7 yrs old and 15 ha 3 years old planted higher density. The farm is ideally located in Tsitsikamma in a high rainfall area. The farm is located 75 km form Jeffreysbay and 100km from Plettenberg bay.

MACADAMIA TREES

26 ha Trees which are on average 15 years. The trees are predominantly Beaumonts of which 50% has been grafted with A4 within these orchards. These trees should be fully A4 within 2 years. There are also younger A4 plantings amongst these trees.

8 Ha trees which are 5 years old and consisting of varies cultivars including A4, A16, A38, N2, 791, 788, 814, 842 and 849.

15 ha trees which are 2-3 years old consisting of A4, N2 and 791.

The 26 ha of mature trees have produced 100 tons during the 2022 season.
