A family villa built by the instructions of aninterior designer in glamour-modern art deco style. It stands next to an artificial lake with a spaciousgarden which is shielded from the eyes of the neighbors. A waterfall and a creek is connected to the

About the building:

The building was constructed in 1994 and was fully rebuilt by the owner in 2018.
Only the headwalls and the roof remained in their original state.

The 3 floor building was made out of Porotherm bricks and during the rebuilding they coated it with
a 22 cm thick heatproof layer.
The doors and windows of the building were changed to brand new ones with 3 layers of soundproof
glass. They were also outfitted with heat reflecting and burglar-proof foil. The shading is provided by
German made, Somfy engine driven blinds with intelligent controls.

About the property:

When designing the interior, the concept was around the making of 3 separate living spaces – with
separated bedrooms, wardrobes and bathrooms – with spacious community spaces. This provides a
way for the family to be together but also separated if they so choose.

Out of the 3 living spaces, two are on the second floor and one is on the first floor.
On the second floor there is a living/working room which has a 5m ceiling height belvedere with
panorama to the garden.

Connected to this entry room is the guest toilette and a storage room. Also the living space on the
first floor can be accessed from here with its bathroom, bedroom and wardrobe.
Connected also to this entry room with a double glass door is the 55 square meter, garden

an Italian, mechanized design kitchen which is constructed from ebony macassar and glossy white
panels.

The wall above the design kitchen is covered by glossy black tempered glass.
The built in machines are Siemens top quality ones (induction cooker with 90 cm wide 2 flex
induction zones and a 3 function central zone, multifunction oven, microwave and a Blanco branded
sink and dishwasher).
From the entry room the stairway leads to the second floor and to the basement.
On the second floor, beside the aforementioned living room with the belvedere, there are the two
other living spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, wardrobes).
The living room and one of the bedrooms on the second floor both open to a terrace overlooking the
garden and the lake.

In the basement there are the serving rooms for the house (closet, boiler room, garage) and also a
completely separated, 55 square meter fitness and wellness room. (Hydropool Jacuzzi, finnish sauna,
Novellini shower, rib-stall, glass covered walls, bat bench, wing tung training dummy, mood lighting,
sound system)
The windows of the basement are big terrace doors, which are connected to English shafts thus
providing perfect background atmosphere.

- In the building there is underfloor heating with new generation piping. The quick heating is
provided by border radiators.
- The air conditioning of the house is provided by 7 Daikin Quadral Inverters with 2 outdoor
units and 1 Daikin parapet air conditioner.
- The replacement of fresh air is provided by a Komfovent heat-regulation unit.
- There are many fake ceilings with hidden led lighting in a smart home system.
