Pangea Townhouses is an architectural project
of three standalone houses of four levels
each, which fulfill the need of larger
accommodation for families and groups that
are currently underserved by Tulum’s market.
The philosophy behind our design aims for the
intersection between luxury and going back to
basics. Clean lines and angles that, with our
signature lattice, allow for light and wind to
come through.
Cross ventilation will keep all rooms fresh and
maximize interaction with the surroundings,
whilst providing privacy and security. We want
the houses to speak of the place they are in,
so aiming for Tulum’s aesthetic we took local
materials and techniques and brought them
towards elegance and comfort.
Tulum is roughly an hour away from
Cancun’s airport and it’s expected to have
its own airport in 2023. The city has been
growing steadily for the past 15 years and
is currently one of the top destinations for
luxury travel, receiving mainly European
and North American tourists.
There are also two malls and a station of
the Mayan Train currently under construction.

Pangea Townhouses is strategically located
in La Veleta neighborhood, just a block
away from the 5th Avenue where you’ll find
the Gypsea Market, designer furniture
shops, and trendy coffee shops, and a
mere 100 meters away from 7 Sur, which is
the gastronomical and commercial hub of
La Veleta.
The development has direct access to fully
paved roads, whilst still being only 11
minutes away from the turquoise waters of
the Caribbean sea.
